We all know security in our colony is badly managed and that is the reason why many of the residents do not pay the charges. The committee members on 14th march had said, that they do not want suggestions and they are more than happy to hand over security to anybody willing to come forward and work for the same.
I accepted the same and gave a letter to society to call up a follow up meeting where i can share the security proposal which i have made with a wider forum. I want to finalise a proposal based on the concerns of all residents and provide security which satisfies concerns of most people. However Mr president replied on my letter that committee will decide on the meeting date which i am sure will be NEVER.
This exposes the fact that no matter that they might claim that people are not coming forward to work for society, they do not want to have anybody come ahead and work for society because of vested interests.

It seems ur anger is taking dangerous proportions. You are now crossing limits & have even taken the malicious liberty of alleging a senior member of our colony Mr.Baijal. Mr Baijal is to Geetanjali Enclave what Mahatma Gandhi was to our country. Mr.Baijal has put in his heart & soul for the welfare of the society. He has taking alot of negative propoganda in the past, & he is even taking it now, but, inspite of his failing health, he is devoting every moment for the betterment of the colony. One recent example being the beautiful development of the park besides the bank. Now, I am sure that, you will allege misapproppriation of funds here also. This will show your -ve intent. Such people act as detterents, but we want catalysts to develop our colony.
So, my friend, requesting u to shed your anger & start thinking positively.
I know Mr Baijal will take the security matter up in the next managing committee meeting. But, looking at your -ve bent of mind I shall oppose ur candidature which can only change if I see a +ve change in ur blog.
I humbly request all the residents to support the committee, to enable it to continue the work to improve the colony. It may not be out of place to say that we have never any major problems, in any basic amenities and facilities like water, electricity, etc. All the roads, service lanes and parks are well mantained because of the sincere and dedicated efforts of the managing committee.
@Monica / Mansi - you are welcome to come and discuss the issues, my House no is B-29. I can show you the facts...
@Giri - You are a nuisance, please dont comment further, u are not making any point.
@Mansi - That is how some people get fooled, where they believe that all such basic ameneties are because of society's efforts. The maintenance of roads and service lanes can become much better by active involvement of society..
you only want to give your side of the story, you are removing what iam posting, because you do not want people to know the truth.
let people know the truth, and let them decide.by hinding facts you will be giving an unfair picture. be fair. let the comments be there.

It seems that all the managing committee members are fools sitting there. There devotion of time & energy is useless. It is only u who can look after the welfare. All others have vested interests & are making money out of society's funds.
My friend, such allegations are very serious & no honest person(all managing committee members included) can take it lying down.
So, stop posting such wrong & misguiding comments & again, start thinking & posting sanely.
I don't intend visiting ur house as I am also afraid of being termed as a barger & an uninvited guest.

@AShoo - the reason for this blog is that people in committee are not listening, they just want others to listen..They do not like democracy....However discussion means TALKING AND LISTENING both... I am OK to discussion, however certainly not OK when people come to my house and threaten me/ my father.

A request , ask your father to have 20-30 people from the memberas of the socitey to say that he should be taken as a member of the committee, i assure you that , i shall leave no stone unturned to have him there , it is democracy, cant do much, you do it i assure you my support.
@ Giri - I would like society to create its own web presence, where they share information. Presently all information is guarded for unknown reasons,,,NOTHING IS SHARED... Please make a site..let me know, i would be willing to help..
@ Giri - as for 20-30 people coming in for support.
1. People are scared from you.
2. The list of members is not shared/actively maintained.
3. New owners are not getting support to be members.
The society which claims support of all people of the colony, how many people attend your meeting. Why do 71 of 121 members not pay security charges?
Can you share list of 20 people who would come in your support, besides those who are already members of the committee?
listen , if people are sared of me the , the police is there to take care. i am no dadda or goonda , am a faimlly man with two children , you can say what you want, the colony will tell the truth.
