How rules are subverted and priority service is being provided to some parties. Why President and NON Managing committee member Mr Giri Khanna supported this case to gave the NOC letter to this plot ? Why the decision was not taken in managing committee meeting and what prompted our President Mr Mukat Behari to take this decision by himself and issued this letter in the evening of 3rd Feb along with Mr Giri Khanna.
