Mis-management in Lok Sewak society

1)  With less than 40 active members out of 165 , still management does not encourage to enroll new members. They always have an excuse and If’s and but’s

2)      Same 15 members management committee has been rotating the seats for sooooo many years

3)      Declaring members as DEFAULTERS before the elections so that they cannot contest against them.

4)      Security is being managed by non members of society. So under which section and socity bye laws they are doing this ?

Fraudulent Practices by Lok Sewak management

11) No plan sanctioned from MCD for Club/community hall and still spent aprx Rs 28Lakhs

22)  Security collections from members & residents by Lok Sewak is NOT reflected in balance sheets

33) No provision in bye laws of Lok Sewak to provide security
