AGM 2009 was held on 15th Feb 2009. Only 11 Members + 3 Non-members attended this meeting ( NOT EVEN the past members of MC thought it important enough )

AGM 2009: Only 11 members attended. Then how 16 members of the Managing committee were elected?
AGM 2009 was held on 15th Feb 2009. Only 11 Members + 3 Non-members attended this meeting ( NOT EVEN the past members of MC thought it important enough )

The classic argument is----
People are so happy with the working of the present members that they dont think its important for them to attend the AGM.
The truth is however, nobody wants to come in these peoples way because , they either stop the garbage collection from their house, or go to their homes and threaten them and even go to the extent of a personal attack by sending letters to their present and past employers.
WHO WANTS TO DEAL WITH SUCH UNCIVILIZED PEOPLE?
Its like calling it a democracy when just all the MP's vote...
