We had a meeting with Registrar last Thursday about Why NOT showing documents to members ? Interesting lines that came from our managing committee were :
1) We will NOT OPEN society office on weekdays as most of us are businessmen and don't have time. Even at retirement age we still have to earn money to buy medicines. Only free time is on Sunday's.
2) Property prices in Geetanjali Enclave have shot up because Lok Sewak have done development over years.
3) Working in Managing Committee is a voluntary job so we will work at our own times.
4) People in Geetanjali Enclave are very happy with us BUT we are not getting any cooperation from residents about money collection so society is facing money shortage. ( contradicting statement )
Registrar issued orders to Lok Sewak to show documents on 8th August 11:00am.

We had requested to Society to share few papers with us. Let's see when we will receive them ???

pl.post facts also post the reply wich the society gave to the registrar,
also Pl stop meligning the members of the managing committee of the society.
the society has desisted from not puting things on the blog for the simple reason,there is no issue. you along with Mr. gupta visited the office aand all records were shown as per his satisfaction, if there is any thing else , this society will satisfy .trying to run down people, who are working is not fare,
the same can also be done.
people who live in glass houses should not throw stone at others.
@ Mr.GIRI - U should be ashamed rather than proud of the fact that you had to share documents against your wishes after the registrar gave repeated orders. WHY WAS THE RESISTANCE EARLIER TO SHARE THE DOCUMENTS??
We are trying to run down those who are running the society like their own private property..
You are free to do whatever you want, and you have been doing that..so please proceed for whatever "CAN BE DONE". I can assure you reply shall be of same stature..
@Deepa - Are u a resident? Which house? Also what do u want to say by glass house? feel free to elaborate..
