Dear all,
The letter regarding deferring “Special General Body
meeting(SGBM) was sent to Lok Sewak Society by Registrar of Societies on 6th
June which was received in the society office on 7th June’13.
It is shameful to note that SGBM
was still conducted in the society office on 9th June in utter
violation of the Registrar’s letter. In addition to this to justify their
wrongful act society has reported to Registrar that the notice was received in
the society office after 9th June’13. Even the same notice was hand
delivered by 4 members of the managing committee but this was completely
ignored & overlooked.
The act was pushed
hurriedly with sole intention of dislodging the existing managing committee and
forming the new managing committee which comprises of people sponsored by the
team which was debarred in the last elections.
The management of the society is being run on the pattern of the
autocratic Congress Party. All the affairs are being controlled by Mr.Raj
Kishore(C-30) and Mr Giri Khanna (A-4). Both
claim that they only can run the Society affairs and no one is allowed to enter
into their field of control.
We wish success to the new managing committee that will still be
controlled by Mr Raj Kishore and Mr.Giri Khanna. We all know that society work
is honorary work thus Mr Raj Kishore and Mr Giri Khanna are either very dedicated
or have some other hidden reasons. We request all members and residents to
introspect on this issue.
Hope new committee members will look into pending important
works:
1)
Minutes of Managing committee to be available
on Internet so that people can interact and cooperate.
2)
Tennis Court Agreement with private
coach . At present only Mr.Azad Khanna (E-17) is looking after the bookings and
money matter. Atleast 2 people should look after these day to day affairs.
3) Security arrangements
and CCTV disappearance
4)
P.N.B lease agreement at very low
rental. Lease expiring in Dec’13.
5) High Court case
transparency
6) Distribution of
Directory to all residents
7) Stagnation of water in
the central park around tennis court
