Dear all,
It has been more than 10years that Mr. Ved
Prakash Bhardwaj ( residing in plot B-31) has unethically and without due
authorization, occupied a portion of colony central park that falls in front of
his residence.
During
March 2013, we the neighbours of Mr. Bhardwaj from plot B-25 till B-34 signed a
request and same was sent to him to vacate this portion. He chose to be
indifferent and ignored it. We are attaching the request as already sent to Mr.
Bhardwaj.
1) Relevant picture is attached and a Red Boundary has been marked that
shows the encroachment of the colony park (done by him)
2) In the recent months more and more residents of the colony have started
objecting to this encroachment of public area because:
a. Causes a lot of inconvenience to the residents as walking track was
made zig-zag ( marked yellow in picture )
b. Park boundary had to be built in an irregular shape and thus fenced
perimeter has become discontinuous
c. Sends out the wrong message to the residents that public area can be
blatantly and shamelessly used for exclusive personal use
Also note that inspite of committing a folly
which has already been brought to light by his neighbours, Mr. Bhardwaj has
simply NOT acknowledged his mis-conduct.
We would just like to highlight to all the residents
about this act / conduct as it pertains to public property. We have no enmity
against him but seek justice and implementation of ethical behavior.
